A great place to buy factory blemished tool, and reconditioned tools, many different brands, the workers are all extremely knowledgeable and care about your needs, this is my go to place to get great deals, I would highly recommend it if you are in need of some good quality products and excellent service. Sing up for their email list and they'll send you all the info on sales they have, their prices can't be beat. And 9 times out of 10 they have what you need in store, I haven't try their shipping due to living near a store, but if it's any way the run the store, I'd imagine it's extremely well done, stop DTFO and check them out, you won't regret it. They have ever thing from tool bag, sand paper and hand help tool (screw drivers, hammers and plenty other tools) this is absolutely a great company and I will continue to shop there for all my future needs

Yes, the store experience is very wonderful. The store manager, the young lady by the name of Lillian very well trained very knowledgeable on tools. She runs a very clean store easy to find what I needed very well. Organized staff is very friendly and courteous.

Great staff. Lillie, Ivory, and Sydney were all very helpful and knowledgeable. I will continue to come here for all my tool needs. Their Ryobi selection is endless.

Randy was Amazing!!! Customer service at this store was superb. The Manager helped us to our car and very accommodating. Also they were very Veteran friendly and so polite. I cannot express enough how impressed we were with this whole experience.

Ordered online Ryobi Whisper leaf blower. 1. Sent a wrong 40v battery which does not fit for the device bought. Asked customer service but no help. 2. Right after one year it stopped working. Not even used once or twice hardly used Pathetic experience and never recommend or buy from Direct tools outlet.
